Personal 151

Just got my blood pressure checked by a sister studying to become a nurse and subhanAllah it was beyond nerve racking! I ate something sweet right before and once she did do it, she started asking me if I have  diabetes which worried me but once she realized I just ate something sweet the sister let me know I was normal. Walhamdulilah never did I have serious problems with my health and I thank ALLAH for that. It`s a true blessing to be able to have great health and thanking allah. Always recognize your blessings!
