In'sha'Allah everyone is enjoying Ramadan thus far! May Allah bless us all w/ good! Ameen, so basically these past couple of days have been really exciting for my community, since Jum'ah on Friday there's be a positive vibe everywhere because the news that our masjid would be moving into a new facility was happening alhamdulilah..it's been quite some time that they've been talking and discussing this matter. Our masjid is beautiful regardless of all it's flaws & we've learned to fix it alhamdulilah but now Allah has blessed us w/ this opportunity to move :) A bigger better location which is on the same street ma'sha'Allah. Last night after taraweeh I was privileged to have the chance to go into the place & check it out yaay! It was dark & yes our cellphone light led the way but it was so beautiful. The thing that's becoming the issue is the money but now the contract has already been signed and renovation has began yet we need 6 Million dollars! & need to pay it over the course of 5 years =/ ! May Allah make it easy for us! Ameen. With Allah's help nothing is impossible but as my local Shaykh said
"6 Million Dollars, 6 Million Problems" I couldn't have said it better. They reminded us during Taraweeh that this new facility will become a great test for us in seeing how well we manage , so true. I don't want to continue rambling in'sha'Allah but just want to ask you all to make dua for us in this cause & if you want you can help out! but Please Keep Us In Your Duas, after all it is Ramadan <3
