Is It Permissible to Say Jum'Ah Mubarak !?

​Shaikh Fawzan was asked: What is the ruling on sending texts messages on
every Jumu'ah and closing the message with Jumu'ah Mubarak?

He answered: The Salaf did not congratulate each other like this on the day
of Jumua'ah therefore do not innovate something which they did not do!
