Personal 86

I am really for interracial marriages. Many are against them and I feel like it's the 21st century you got to stop the ignorance and allow your mind to stop being imprisoned by your cultural beliefs, like it's not wajib to marry someone from your country nor is it wajib to marry a tribe member. Members of the human race have to stop belittling eachother and stop looking down on interracial marriages as if you've committed a sin or a sort of invisible shame to your family.Authobillah; as much as this generation is different from the one of our parents things we differ in sucha as this topic honestly sadden me. Is it not enough that the person says "(lā ʾilāha ʾillallāh, Muḥammad rasūlu-llāh)" ? because that seems qualified to me & ofcourse that the person is a righteous individual who fears Allah --what does the color of his skin have to do with it, or his background? And if your going to argue that the families will get along better..your wrong because still within people who are of the same culture there are still divorces & differences between families so that doesn't change regardless. Living by the Quran&Sunnah, why do you need to follow your culture? Islam is your way of living, thinking and breathing so your "background culture" is not on the same level. When trying to come to agreements why not just refer it back to the Sunnah for a correct answer into who is wrong and right? -Culture and color has nothing to do with it, you won't get along if it isn't based on the sunnah (unless your both Fasiq and agree on those haram things..then that's you - but you get what I mean) There's nothing wrong with people getting married abroad (outside there borderlines) people honestly have to open up their minds & hearts & think about what how much of a not so big deal it really is. Now I'm not against people getting married to their own race, MashaAllah that's amazing and beautiful aswell -it's just that interracial marriages don't get the same lime light that those other marriages get..that's why I'm speaking about it. Anyone in this situation of wanting to have an interracial marriage just make dua to Allah so Allah can make it easy for you and stay commited to your deen & never give up or never give up on the Mercy of Allah. May Allah make it easy for all those going through this, Ameen<3

  1. aw mashaAllah, MIA this is a nice note.
    100% agree with you.
May Allah make it easy for them, ameen.

At the end of the day, I would rather a religious man out of my culture than a non-practicing man within my culture. Its all about deen over dunya .
