"Whoever treads on a path in search of Islamic knowledge, Allah will ease the way to Paradise for him. The angels will lower their wings, pleased with this seeker of knowledge, and everyone in the heavens and on earth will ask forgiveness for the knowledgeable person, even the fish in the deepest of waters will ask for his forgiveness” [Abu Dawud, Ibn Majah, Tirmidhi # 2835-sahih hadith]

Personal 71
Craziest day EVER! SubhanAllah I'm off to work & catching the train, all of a sudden theres an emergency at some near by station so it literally got SHUT DOWN!; so the train took us to the main intersecting station where subhanAllah it was total CHAOS! -- We had to take shuttle buses to where we were going & if you were there you would think you were at HAJJ -(I've never been, but believe me it was the closest experience I've ever faced) People pushing each other, & trying to get on the buses -- old ladies screaming, women yelling about people grabbing there purses, many people swearing --authobillah, I was so scared for my life; men pushing back and forth & women stuck like walahi I felt my chest touching from one side to the other, I almost couldn't breath because I'm pretty short & everyone was tall. Like where are peoples manners at? I have never experienced this in my life. If I never seen a co-worker I don't think I would have made it to work with all those people because that person literally helped me get into the bus by stopping people from pushing in my direction & other women. It was disgusting, the police had to be called in to help & it was just madness. I almost wanted to turn back & just go home it was too crazy to handle. Sighh how do I leave my house at 5:15pm, get into the station by 5:25pm & I didn't make it to work till 7pm ! It only takes 20 mins max...Allahu Mustaan, if more people feared Allah & just were organized we wouldn't have people acting worse then animals on the streets. I was so happy to get to work to just sit down & breath, it was all too much. Afwaan (sorry) for ranting, I just needed to tell the people of Toronto & everyone else what it was like to be in that predicament and how we could learn from this and better ourselves even if people behave that way around us we should strive to be better In'sha'Allah; sighh, May Allah make us all among the guided ones & among the ones with the BEST akhlaq (manners)! Allahumma Ameen.
