SubhanAllah so today, Trey Songz came to Toronto more specifically to Footlocker @ yonge & dundas. Girls literally are going crazy for him, & I'm at home getting a million updates via BBM. It's amazing to see how much people adore this young man & how disgusting it is that they drool over him & want just a mere glimpse of him. The lengths they would go astonishes me, for real.I think people; (mostly girls) have forgotten that he is just a human like me & You, & that praising his singing isn't right when the content of the songs aren't even CLOSE to being Halal. Sure everyone has a past, alhamdulilah you live and you learn.. but there's a time to stop & realize that this isn't life.
Celebs, Movie Stars, Boy Bands & Rappers... aren't all sparkle dazzle in reality, their normal people that make haram money singing about things both me & you know we wouldn't want our little sisters listening too. So we should Fear Allah & not attend gatherings like this because they only darken the heart & place you more on the path of misguidance, since they praise these Celebs more then Allah.
May Allah protect us all from this path. Ameen
