Rethink your life, seek ALLAH in goodness
Increase in good deeds you don't want to regret all this free time you have now.
It's very crucial you think about where your at islamically in your life & how you can improve it before your end comes. We don't want to look to those younger then us when we become old & regrett all the free time ! that would be sad :(
"By (the token of) time (through the ages). Verily mankind is in a state of loss, except those who have faith and do righteous deeds, and (join together) in the mutual teaching of truth and of patience and constancy."
