Asalamu Alaykum Warahmatuallahi Wabarakatu
“Allah is the Protector of those who have faith; from the depths of darkness He will lead them forth into light. Of those who reject faith the patrons are the evil ones, from light they will lead them forth into the depths of darkness. They will be companions of the fire, to dwell therein (For ever).” (Al Qur’an 2:257)
I've noticed that in my workplace there are a a lot of men and women interested in Islam. They constantly ask me questions regarding different issues in Islam, it amazes me! I never imagined one of my supervisors telling me they understood the term 'Kufar' like honestly can you imagine that? And one day after discussing Islam with a bunch of my co-workers because they were asking me many questions one of them came the next day and told me they had a dream they reverted into Islam. Subhan'Allah in their dream, DREAM! This is a person who is curious in finding the truth.
May Allah Guide them all, Ameen.
I feel like sometimes I'm at work to give Dawah (Calling People to Islam), like I'm getting paid to give Dawah. Alhamdulilah, such a blessing from Allah to call people to this faith. I'm already basically practicing for my future. May Allah make me one who calls people unto Islam as a living, Ameen
So once a supervisor approaches this Italian guy and asks him were you guys talking about religion the other day? Yes, yes we were. The supervisor lets him know that someone made a complaint about us speaking on religion and how it wasn't suitable for the workplace, this italian man got upset and told him we weren't bashing any religion we were simply asking her questions about her faith, in no way was she preaching to us. We wanted to know.
Later on, a girl who works with us told my friend how I have good views and how she loves them (meaning my views and basically Islamic principles in general). My workplace is very multicultural and the majority of everyone practices Islam here, Alhamdulilah. There are some reverts as well , Masha'Allah. And we even have prayer mats and they understand we have set times to pray, thats why I love coming to work. It's truly a blessing.
Alhamdulilahi Rabbil Alimeeen.
Remember those who are looking for the truth in your duas.
Make dua for this Ummah.
& Please make dua for me too =)
The One In Need of Allah the Exalted,
Qawlan Saqeela
